All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee only on the items which are not same as item descriptions, with the following conditions: *Buyer is responsible for all repacking, shipping and insurance charges for returns. *Items must be returned in original condition. *Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same manner. *Refund shall be made on the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping and handling charges.
